The Agri-business Entrepreneurship Training Program allows small farmers to obtain the knowledge to develop and manage their farm as a business, empowering them with simple tools that will help them produce profitable crops in a sustainable way.

The Leadership Training Program is provided to people previously identified and interested in this personal development focused on service. This program generates leaders who support the implementation and continuity of different programs for the benefit of the community.
Technical Assistance Program
Support for small farmers is focused on technical assistance with rural extension agents. These professionals have the mission of accompanying small producers during all stages of their crops. Likewise, training in the administration of your business farm.
Nutrition Program
All the rural communities we help in Peru lack important nutrients in their diet, with partners we provide nutritious food and food supplements to families, we have special focus on helping resolve children malnourishment collaborationg with municipal health authorities.

Through projects such as "My farm is a Business", MissionXpansion supports small farmers by leveraging contract farming with the ultimate goal of creating profitable, sustainable and debt-free agricultural businesses, which become generators of sources of work for the family. and members of the local community.
Seedling Nursery Program
Successful agriculture production is a mix of important variables, the objective is to minimize production risks while protecting the investment. The first step and initial investment is made in the nursery where seedlings are developed under strict quality standards to be transplanted into the prepared farm, applying techniques that take advantage of years of research and development, maximizing the percentage of the strong seedlings to be planted.
